Late Victorian/Edwardian White Cotton Flannel Tie-Back Petticoat or underskirt w/Monogram

Late Victorian era hand-sewn white cotton flannel petticoat or underskirt w/monogram. The front of petticoat is cut slim and back is full, notice how it is cut to fit over a bustle. Center back closure has sewn tie-back. Sides have tight gauging along waistline with barely visible stitches and red monogram. Bottom hem has interesting scalloped design with rolled embroidered edge.

Condition: excellent, there are small areas of discoloration but no holes or tears.
